Donna Gulden grew up working in her parents’ insulation business and went on to become owner of Homeco Insulation and R&J Insulation. Donna learned many lessons about operating a successful, small business from her parents. She is the driving force behind the core values of the firm: Installing Confidence, Installing Experience, Installing Team Work…Installing Value!
Donna has successfully built on her parents’ vision in the past 22 years. She has launched Vesta Firestopping to meet the diverse needs of their customers and has built a high-quality team by focusing on values, experience and training. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is apparent in every project.
Donna is a 3M certified installer of proper installation procedures for Penetration Seal. She is a member and Past President of the Minnesota Subcontractors Association and a member and past Board Member of the Association of Women Contractors. Donna enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors with her husband, family and dogs.

I have worked with Homeco on several occasions in both commercial and multi-family housing projects.
